Craft Fair Vendor Important Details
Access Time
-
The doors will be open beginning at 8am for you to unload your items. If you do not need two hours to set up your booth, please consider arriving at 8:30 or even 9am so we can avoid a bottleneck at the entrances.
-
Check-In runs from 8am to 10am. Vendors can check in as they enter Door 19 or in the lobby outside of the gyms.
-
Doors are open to the public 10am to 3pm.
Unloading
-
Please review this map before arriving to familiarize yourself with the campus layout.
-
There are two way to enter the building. Both of these entrances are at street level with a small ramp to accommodate wheeled carts, wheelchairs, etc. You may use either entrance. Signs will be placed outside to help with wayfinding.
-
Door 19, aka the Activities Entrance on the west side of the building. This entrance takes you into the main hallway from where you can access either gym. Customers will also be entering through this door.
-
East gym side door on the east side of the building. This entrance can be accessed by entering the bus loop off of Jewell . This access point is only available for vendors and will not be open for customers. East gym vendors may find this entrance preferable. West gym vendors may also use this door but will have to walk through the East gym to access the West gym.
-
-
Regardless of where you unload, we ask that after unloading, you park your vehicle in one of the designated vendor parking areas as shown on the map. The parking lot outside of Door 19 is not very large and if all our vendors and staff park there, there is very little room for customers. There is limited parking available in the bus loop by the East Gym entrance. If you choose to park there, please pull up close to the car in front of you in order to maximize the limited space. (If you require handicapped parking or have circumstances that would preclude you from parking in the vendor parking area, please contact us at president@overlandptco.org.)
-
In order to ensure access for all our vendors, we ask that you unload, then park your car before going back in to set up your booth. If you are concerned about leaving your things unattended, one of our student volunteers will be happy to assist.
-
The school does not have carts for vendor use, please bring your own equipment.
Volunteers
-
We will have student volunteers to help you unload and load your cars.
-
Please do not tip them - they are being paid for their help.
-
Consider making a donation to the PTCO to show your appreciation.
